Polyconkre (hereinafter “the company”) respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.

What data we collect
Through the quote form we collect: name, phone number, email (optional), district or area, type of project, service of interest, approximate square meters and the message you write. We also record the page language and the page from which you sent the request.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy and by this policy regarding how we use your data.
What we use it for
Solely to handle your quote request, contact you and follow up on your project. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Where it is stored and for how long
The website does not store your data: the request is sent by email to the company through an email delivery provider. We keep the request for the duration of the business relationship and up to 2 years afterwards for service and record purposes, unless you request its deletion earlier.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn, in aggregate, which city, device and channel visitors come from and which pages generate inquiries. We do not send names, phone numbers or emails to the analytics tool. You can block analytics with your browser settings.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by messaging us on WhatsApp at +51 921 818 299 or at the contact email published on the site. We will respond within the periods established by law. You may also file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
